Robert J. Caggiano
Rob is an Associate Attorney and was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2018. Rob’s current practice is focused solely in the area of Workers’ Compensation defense.
Rob’s prior work experiences include law clerk positions with a mid-size, full-service law firm in Buffalo, New York, as well as within an insurance company’s in-house counsel department. Accordingly, Rob brings a wealth of practical experience in litigation defense work and client interaction with insurance carriers and policies. This experience has translated over well as it is applied to the realm of Workers’ Compensation.
Rob earned his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Finance and Development from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2017. Throughout law school, Rob represented his school in a Business Law Negotiation Competition, was an Associate for the Intellectual Property Law Journal, and served on the board for the student-run Holistic Law Group. Rob also attended the University at Buffalo for his undergraduate studies, graduating in 2014 with a double-major in Political Science and Economics.
Originally from Staten Island, New York, Rob is now becoming ever-more accustomed to the more laid-back lifestyle the Buffalo area has to offer. He is an avid sports fan – favorite teams being the New York Yankees and New York Giants. In his spare time, you can find Rob playing baseball, football, etc.; enjoying one of Buffalo’s fine restaurants; or maybe at home playing a video game. He enjoys building his own PCs, cooking, and playing with any dog in his vicinity.
