Verdicts/Settlements/Cases of Note/Favorite Win

• My favorite win was getting a neck disallowance, which consequently meant that the cervical fusion was not causally related (saving our client over $20,000.00 in medical bills)  and that all lost time emanating from claimant’s neck surgery was not compensable.
