LOMAD’s featured attorney for June 2025 is none other than our resident enigma, Andrew P. Gould. Our LOMADtv fans know him to be quite the accomplished actor, but our team knows him to be an exemplary workers’ compensation defense attorney! (and, as of May 16th, a proud new father to his son, Nicholas!)
Andrew joined the firm in May of 2021 and has been serving our clients with dedication and excellence ever since. He is known for his attention to detail and his diligence in how he handles his claims, always advocating for our clients’ intentions and goals. Our clients have come to trust in Andrew and know they are in capable hands when he is on the case! Beyond his workers’ compensation defense work, Andrew has also written, produced and acted in several LOMADtv series, including our annual WORKIES Awards and Comp Confessions. Andrew shines in his defense work and on the silver screen!
In the years before he joined our firm, Andrew worked as an attorney handling workers’ compensation cases outside of New York State. He holds Bar admissions in New York State, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Andrew attended St. Bonaventure University, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in 2008. Following graduation, he earned his juris doctor in 2011 from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
In his free time, Andrew loves fishing, hunting, writing stories, hiking, kayaking and making balloon animals. With his new addition, however, we imagine he spends much of his free time soaking up every moment he can with his newborn son! We are incredibly grateful to have Andrew as part of our team and we are thrilled to celebrate him this month!
