For the month of May 2025, our featured attorney is none other than Melanie A. Daly. Melanie wears many hats at our firm, supporting our team and our clients with her superior claims defenses and contributing to several of our firm’s marketing initiatives. She is a special part of our organization and we would not be the same without her!
Melanie became a part of the LOMAD family January of 2020. Through her career at the firm, she has not only developed a deep knowledge of defense strategies, but she also launched two video series for LOMADtv! Her current series is aptly named “Melanie’s Minutes,” where she provides viewers with guidance and insight to help them navigate the shifty seas of Workers’ Compensation. Beyond the silver screen, she also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of our firm’s newsletter, LOMAD Magazine. It is certainly fair to say she is a powerhouse on our team!
Prior to joining LOMAD, Melanie earned her undergraduate degree from Fedonia State in 2006, continuing on to earn both her Master’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Niagara University in 2008. Several years later, she took on the mantle of attorney, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2015 from Nova Southeastern University’s Broad Law Center.
When she is not juggling her many responsibilities at LOMAD, Melanie loves to spend time with her children and her soon-to-be husband Neil. They love to go on adventures as a family, making memories whenever they can and spending as much time as possible near the beach or, frankly, any body of water. We appreciate you more than words can express, Melanie!
